Return of goods
If you are not satisfied with the ordered goods, you can return them without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and without damage. I will refund you the amount of the goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods, to the bank account specified by you.
Please let us know about this situation by email so that we know to expect the shipment. Please find attached to the Terms and Conditions a Sample Withdrawal Form. Please attach the invoice and send the goods to Eva Mervínská, Náměstí Míru 69, Česká Kamenice-40721, Czech Republic
Please do not send goods on COD, they will not be accepted.
All costs associated with the return of goods are covered by the customer.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, please email us at shop@evamervinska.cz. Send the goods together with a copy of the invoice and a covering letter describing the defect to Eva Mervínská, Náměstí Míru 69, Česká Kamenice-40721, Czech Republic
I will inform you about the further procedure by email as soon as I receive the shipment.
The legal deadline for processing a complaint is 30 days.
Please do not send goods on COD, they will not be accepted.
I will inform you by email as soon as the goods have been delivered to me.
If it is not possible to exchange the goods, I will refund your bank account including the postage you paid for sending them to our address. (in the amount of the lowest available shipping price for the type of shipment according to the current Czech Post price list)
